Expleo Engineering UK Limited is seeking an experienced Stock Controller to facilitate the efficient delivery of early-phase prototype builds in vehicle production. This contract-based position is located at a state-of-the-art manufacturing facility in Surrey.

Job Overview:
  • This role involves owning the stock control process of part delivery to vehicle build, ensuring robust and accurate inventory management of all vehicle parts.
Main Responsibilities:
  1. Own the stock control process of part delivery to vehicle build.
  2. Ensure robust and accurate inventory management of all vehicle parts.
  3. Collaborate with the logistics organisation, promoting a collaborative approach and supporting team goals.
  4. Coordinate carry-over stock demands from initial request to lineside delivery.
  5. Efficiently track and follow up on active internal requisitions to ensure timely budget approval and part delivery.
Key Requirements:
  • Training in 5S methodology.
  • Strong understanding of manufacturing and warehousing environments.
  • Proficiency in IT, particularly in Microsoft Excel.
  • Experience in material planning and control is preferred.
  • Familiarity with SAP products is advantageous.
  • Background in the automotive industry is desirable.
Benefits:
