Key Responsibilities

The Recruitment Group seeks a Regulatory Engineering Lead to oversee the implementation and management of their compliance program.

Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that the company's operations meet all relevant regulatory requirements. This includes conducting regular audits to identify areas for improvement and developing strategies to address any issues.

You will also be responsible for providing training and guidance to colleagues on compliance matters, as well as staying up-to-date with changes in relevant laws and regulations.

This is an exciting opportunity for a detail-oriented professional with a passion for compliance to take on a key role within a leading recruitment agency.

Estimated salary: £70,000 - £100,000 per annum.
