Primary Education Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Year 3 Teacher to join our team at Aspire People. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a mainstream two-form entry primary school in Trafford, offering a long-term position that allows you to make a meaningful contribution to students' educational journey.
Key Responsibilities:- Teaching and Learning: Plan and deliver high-quality lessons that meet the needs of all learners, using a variety of teaching strategies to engage students and promote academic progress.
- Assessment and Feedback: Use a range of assessment tools to evaluate student progress, provide constructive feedback, and adjust teaching approaches to meet individual needs.
- Classroom Environment: Create a positive and inclusive learning environment that encourages students to take risks, ask questions, and explore their interests.
- Education and Training: Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS), have a strong understanding of the UK curriculum and assessment frameworks, and possess experience teaching at a primary level.
- Skills and Qualities: Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be able to work effectively in a team, and possess a valid Enhanced DBS certificate registered on the update service.
The successful candidate will receive a competitive salary range of £30,000 - £40,000 per annum, along with access to ongoing professional development opportunities, a supportive working environment, and a chance to make a real difference in the lives of students.
