About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Grounds Maintenance Operative to join our dedicated team at Bromford. As a Grounds Maintenance Specialist, you will be responsible for maintaining our communal green spaces and clearing homes and gardens.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain high-quality service standards in grounds maintenance and landscaping
  • Work independently and as part of a team to deliver excellent results
  • Operate a range of equipment, including brush cutters, pedestrian mowers, ride-on mowers, and hedge cutters
  • Ensure accurate records and share best practices to continuously improve our service
  • Hold a full, clean driving license and be comfortable with basic IT and mobile devices
  • Build relationships based on trust and respect and serve as a great ambassador for Bromford

Requirements

  • Experience in grounds maintenance or landscaping
  • Ideal qualifications in brush cutter, pedestrian mower, ride-on mower, hedge cutter, and PA1 and PA6 for pesticide spraying (training available)
  • Strong understanding of health and safety and COSHH requirements
  • Punctual and excellent customer service skills
