Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the accurate reporting of site management and statutory accounts.
  • Develop and examine business forecasts, QPRs, and AOPs.
  • Manage the financial impact and outcomes of business or commercial issues.
  • Identify control weaknesses and suggest actions for improvement.
  • Lead the local finance team and develop collaborative business relationships with stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5+ years accounting or finance experience in a manufacturing or engineering environment.
  • Hold a recognised professional finance qualification.
  • Proven leadership experience with direct and indirect reporting relationships.
  • Experience in Accounting for Lean Manufacturing is a plus.
  • Proficient in spreadsheets, MS Office, and ERP systems.
