About the Role
We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Dental Receptionist. As a key member of our front-of-house team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and administrative support to our dental practice.
Key Responsibilities
- Meet and greet patients, providing a warm and welcoming first impression
- Manage patient appointments, bookings, and records with accuracy and efficiency
- Coordinate patient care packages and communicate with clinicians to ensure seamless delivery
- Upsell and promote Bupa Dental Care products and services to patients
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to patient queries and concerns in a professional and empathetic manner
- Support the Practice Manager and clinical team with administrative tasks and practice operations
- Handle patient payments and maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
Requirements
- Previous administration or receptionist experience, preferably in a healthcare setting
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Outlook, with strong organizational skills
- Ability to promote company products and services, with a focus on delivering exceptional patient care
