Job Description:

As a Sales Coordinator at W P Recruitment & HR Ltd, you will play a crucial role in coordinating all commercial activities and requests of the business. This includes liaising with external customers, suppliers, and subcontractors, as well as internal delivery teams. Your primary responsibility will be to prepare pricing and quotations, ensuring that customers are aware of any changes. Additionally, you will maintain supplier and subcontractor relationships, supporting the Purchasing Team in contract negotiations and the raising of purchase orders.

You will also create pricing modules and support complex projects. To be successful in this role, you must have previous experience within a supply chain role, including both national and international liaison. A good level of computer literacy, including Excel and MRP/ERP/procurement systems, is essential. Strong commercial awareness, communication, and negotiation skills are also required.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinating all commercial activities/requests of the business
  • Liaison with external customers, suppliers, and subcontractors
  • Preparation of pricing and quotations
  • Maintenance of supplier and subcontractor relationships
  • Creation of pricing modules

Salary: £25,000 - £27,000 per annum (pro rata)

About the Role:
This is a 3-month fixed-term contract position, working 40 hours per week with core hours from 8:30 am to 5 pm and flexible hours. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of commercial operations and excellent communication skills.
