Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Adult Support Specialist to join our team at Enable Glasgow Branch. This role will involve providing high-quality support to individuals with learning disabilities, enabling them to live fulfilling and meaningful lives.

This is a challenging yet rewarding opportunity for the right candidate, offering a competitive salary of £25,000-£30,000 per annum, depending on experience. Our ideal candidate will be committed to delivering person-centred care, promoting independence and dignity, and working collaboratively with colleagues to achieve exceptional outcomes.

The successful candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with service users and their families. Experience in residential support work is desirable but not essential. We offer comprehensive training and development opportunities, including SVQ Level 3 Qualification.
