About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to join our team at a leading soft furnishings manufacturer. As a Project Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in supporting our field-based Project Managers and ensuring the smooth execution of projects from initial brief to installation sign-off.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supporting the Project Manager in managing client accounts and projects through the process from initial brief to installation sign-off
  • Calculating costs from specifications, preparing quotes, and sourcing alternative fabrics
  • Placing orders for raw materials, finished goods, and services using our in-house software
  • Liaising with the production team to ensure deadlines are met
  • Liaising with contractors and site managers to arrange site surveys and installation teams, providing all relevant paperwork
  • Liaising with installation teams to ensure they have the correct products and materials for installations
  • Ensuring jobs are processed and completed according to installation schedules

About You

To be successful in this role, you will need experience in a Project Coordinator, Project Assistant, Sales Support, Sales Admin, or similar role within Curtains / Blinds / Contract Textiles / Soft Furnishings / Window Treatments / Shading. You will be a strong communicator with excellent organizational skills and the ability to work well under pressure.
