We are seeking a skilled Band 5 Nurse to join our team at University Hospitals Coventry and Warwickshire NHS Trust. As a member of our multidisciplinary team, you will provide high-quality care to patients requiring elective and emergency care.

The successful candidate will be responsible for the clinical assessment of a group of patients and management of a team, ensuring appropriate care is planned, implemented, and evaluated. You will also utilize information and IT systems to secure accurate and timely patient, workforce, and resource data.

About the Role:

  • Provide optimum quality of care to patients
  • Take management responsibility for an identified area on regular shifts
  • Effectively communicate information regarding clinical decisions, policy, and care pathways to patients/carers and the multi-professional team
  • Organize cross-departmental/organisational activities to support patient care pathways
