Job Overview

The Group Benefits Coordinator position is a critical role within our team at Service Service Employment Agency Limited. As a senior coordinator, you will be responsible for providing administration support to our consultants in the day-to-day running of client accounts across a range of pensions and group risk.

This role requires a high level of technical expertise, particularly in group pensions, automatic enrolment, and salary exchange, as well as group risk products. Our ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and be able to work effectively with colleagues and clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and undertake all administration related to client schemes, including updating member data, renewals, claims data, and communication materials.
  • Administer a portfolio of clients in respect of their Group Risk contracts, including Group Life, Group Income Protection, and Group Critical Illness Schemes.
  • Provide proactive administration support to consultants to retain and expand existing client accounts and develop new business.
Requirements
  • Experience in financial services, particularly in employee benefits.
  • Strong knowledge of group pensions, automatic enrolment, and salary exchange, as well as group risk products.
  • Ability to manage and prioritise work effectively.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Compensation and Benefits
  • A competitive salary of £35,000 - £40,000 per annum, depending on experience.
