Prospero Teaching is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic English Graduate to join our team of support workers in Westminster. As a Graduate Support Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting students of secondary age in a range of subjects, including English.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Work with students of all ability ranges, including those with English as an Additional Language (EAL) and Special Educational Needs (SEN)
  • Run intervention sessions and booster groups to support students who require additional support
  • Be involved in running extracurricular activities to enhance student engagement and motivation
Requirements:
  • Hold a degree in any subject from a Russell Group university
  • Have up-to-date Safeguarding training (desirable but not essential)
  • Hold a valid Right to Work in the UK and an enhanced child barred list DBS certificate registered with the online update service
  • Provide two professional references
