About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Culinary Team Lead to join our team at a vibrant venue in Duxford. This is an exciting opportunity to bring your culinary expertise and passion for innovation to a dynamic environment where quality and excellence are highly valued.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Prepare and present high-quality dishes with creativity and precision, exceeding customer expectations.
  2. Support the Sous Chef in daily operations, ensuring smooth, efficient kitchen services that meet or exceed standards.
  3. Collaborate with the Sous Chef to develop menus, contribute fresh ideas, and maintain the highest standards of food presentation.
  4. Monitor stock control, order supplies, and manage kitchen budgets to optimize efficiency and minimize waste.
  5. Maintain strict adherence to food safety, health, and hygiene protocols, upholding the highest standards of compliance.
Requirements
  1. A proven track record as a Chef de Partie or Junior Sous Chef in a busy kitchen environment.
  2. An unwavering passion for delivering exceptional food quality, presentation, and innovation.
  3. Excellent communication and team leadership skills, fostering a positive, collaborative team culture.
  4. Adaptable, proactive approach to problem-solving, with a focus on continuous improvement.
