Culinary Team Member

We are seeking a highly skilled Culinary Team Member to assist the Head Chef and Executive Head Chef in maintaining the highest standards of food preparation and presentation within the College Catering Department.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the preparation and presentation of high-quality meals for students and staff.
- Work collaboratively with the culinary team to ensure efficient kitchen operations.
- Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of food safety and hygiene practices.
- Participate in menu planning and development to ensure a diverse and appealing range of options.
Requirements:
- NVQ Level 2 or equivalent in culinary arts.
- Food Hygiene qualification.
- Previous experience in a high-volume kitchen environment.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
