We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced QHSE Manager to join our team at CV Technical. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading our health, safety, and environmental initiatives, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and driving continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement effective health, safety, and environmental policies and procedures.
- Conduct regular risk assessments and identify potential hazards to ensure a safe working environment.
- Manage and maintain our management systems, including ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001.
- Ensure compliance with COSHH and REACH requirements.
- Communicate safety and environmental information to employees and stakeholders.
- Monitor and report on safety and environmental performance.
- Develop and implement training programs to ensure employee awareness and competence.
- Collaborate with management to identify and implement process improvements.
- NEBOSH certification.
- Experience with auditing and management systems.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
