We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced QHSE Manager to join our team at CV Technical. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading our health, safety, and environmental initiatives, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and driving continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement effective health, safety, and environmental policies and procedures.
  • Conduct regular risk assessments and identify potential hazards to ensure a safe working environment.
  • Manage and maintain our management systems, including ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001.
  • Ensure compliance with COSHH and REACH requirements.
  • Communicate safety and environmental information to employees and stakeholders.
  • Monitor and report on safety and environmental performance.
  • Develop and implement training programs to ensure employee awareness and competence.
  • Collaborate with management to identify and implement process improvements.
Requirements:
  • NEBOSH certification.
  • Experience with auditing and management systems.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
