About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Health, Safety, and Environmental Manager to join our team at CBRE. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of health, safety, and environmental management across our UK operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Implementing QHSE Strategy: Develop and implement a QHSE strategy that aligns with company policies and industry best practices.
  • Monitoring and Analysis: Monitor and analyze HSE performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards, including ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001.
  • Training and Development: Provide training and guidance to employees on HSE topics and ensure that all personnel are aware of their responsibilities.
  • Audits and Inspections: Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure that QHSE systems are effective and compliant.
Accountabilities
  • Accountable to the Divisional UK&I HSE Director.
  • In-Country Reporting to the UK&I Managing Director.
Person Specification

The ideal candidate will have a NEBOSH Diploma in Occupational Health and Safety or equivalent, and experience in implementing QHSE management systems. They will also have excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
