Future Electronics Seeks ESG Manager

We are committed to making a positive impact on the environment, society, and our stakeholders. As an ESG Manager at Future Electronics, you will play a critical role in driving our sustainability strategy and ensuring we meet our regulatory commitments.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement our ESG strategy, ensuring alignment with our business objectives and regulatory requirements.
  • Lead the development of our ESG reporting framework, including the annual CSR report and other Company publications.
  • Assess and mitigate ESG risks, providing recommendations to leadership on areas for improvement.
  • Establish and maintain performance management programs to monitor and report on ESG targets and compliance.
  • Design and deliver training programs to educate employees on ESG principles and practices.
  • Collaborate with the Marketing and Communications team to develop ESG messaging and share news and initiatives with stakeholders.
Requirements:
  • Proven ability to develop and implement ESG strategies, with a strong understanding of regulatory requirements.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to work in a dynamic and matrixed environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate ESG risks.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to drive ESG initiatives.
