Job Title: ESG Manager-EMEA

Future Electronics is seeking a highly skilled ESG Manager to join our EMEA team at our Head Quarters in Egham, Surrey. As an ESG Manager, you will play a critical role in ensuring our company's commitment to environmental, social, and governance (ESG) principles is upheld.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute the ESG strategy and program activation within EMEA, driving accountability for results.
  • Coordinate and communicate with internal subject matter experts to lead cross-functional activities.
  • Produce regular insights to update the leadership team on progress against strategic commitments, ensuring tracking of sustainability goals in line with the ESG strategy.
  • Undertake and manage the initial content development of the EMEA ESG hub to ensure all employees have access to up-to-date and available resources, tools, and data.
  • Support the development of the annual CSR report and other company publications, regulatory filings, ESG content, and communications.
  • Assess potential areas of ESG risk on a periodic basis, producing reports with associated action plans to the leadership team.
  • Establish and maintain a performance management program to monitor and report on targets and the level of compliance with ESG regulation.
  • Develop training to provide a focused and coherent ESG program to appraise employees and support the level of understanding.
  • Ensure timely and accurate responses to stakeholder inquiries.
  • Work with other internal ESG key stakeholders globally to ensure best practice and synergy of application.
  • Maintain knowledge on current ESG requirements, new legislation, and best practice guidelines with a clear understanding of how this may impact the company.
Requirements:
  • Educated to degree level with a minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in ESG, sustainability, or corporate strategy. Clear knowledge of ESG regulations necessary.
  • Initiative-taking, highly organized, and multi-tasking achiever with advanced project/analytical skills.
  • Strong service ethic able to work on own or as core support to others.
  • Proven ability to quickly learn and understand complex topics, writing documentation and procedural materials for multiple audiences.
  • Excellent verbal and written communicator with strong collaboration and people skills to engage, influence, and manage a wide range of stakeholders.
