Job Title: Accounting Officer

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our Financial Services team as an Accounting Officer. This is a permanent position, working up to 37.5 hours per week, band 3.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Investigate and resolve financial queries and discrepancies from customers, staff, and service users, providing assistance and advice as required.
  • Support the Financial Services section of the Finance Department and provide general support to the whole of the Finance Department and non-finance staff throughout the Trust.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 5 GCSEs including Maths and English at Grade 4 or above (or equivalent)
  • Relevant office experience
  • Use of Microsoft Office or equivalent
  • Providing information to external sources
  • Communicating with all levels of staff

Salary: £24,071 to £25,674 a year, per annum, pro rata
