Job Title: Textile Innovation Lead

Estimated Salary: £50,000 - £70,000 per annum.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the development of new fabric trends and innovation of materials, working closely with commercial teams.
  • Design and implement strategies to drive cost savings through fabric and yarn negotiations.
  • Collaborate with suppliers to promote fabric self-approvals, supporting speed to market and RFT quality.
  • Manage the bulk-approved core fabric library, ensuring high-quality and consistency on a global scale.
  • Develop and deliver fabric training modules across the business and suppliers.
Requirements:
  • Broad knowledge and experience in fabric sourcing & composite materials in the current competitive marketplace.
  • Market-leading knowledge of worldwide fabric & composite materials supply chain, including core volume lines & quick response unisex fast fashion.
  • Breadth of knowledge across all fabric bases, experienced in sourcing composite materials for fashion.
  • Strong reporting skills using Excel, data management & PowerPoint skills.
