Estimated Salary: £45,000 - £55,000 (Commensurate with Experience)

Job Description:
The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and developing fabrics, wallpapers, and homeware products that meet the studio's renowned brand aesthetic. This includes leading creative direction for collaborations, creating original artwork and patterns using exceptional drawing, painting, and digital skills, and ensuring all designs meet production standards. Additionally, the designer will collaborate with suppliers, manufacturers, and partners to oversee production and ensure design excellence.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
To be considered for this role, applicants must have a degree qualification in interiors, textiles, fashion, or a similar field, and a strong portfolio showcasing innovative and commercially viable textile, wallpaper, or homeware designs. The ideal candidate will also possess exceptional artistic skills, including hand-drawing and painting, adaptable to various styles and mediums, and proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and AVA software, with expertise in repeat pattern development. A minimum of 8 years' professional experience in a similar role within the interior design, textiles, or homeware industries is required, as well as strong awareness of interior design, homeware, and fashion trends, and excellent project management skills with the ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
