Healthcare Manager

At Community Integrated Care, we are seeking a dedicated Service Leader to join our team. As a Service Leader, you will play a vital role in leading an engaged and motivated team to deliver person-centred outcomes for every individual we support.
The ideal candidate will have experience working in a health or social care setting, with a strong work ethic, reliability, honesty, and determination. You will be responsible for driving performance, setting the pace and direction within services, promoting a positive and passionate culture, and ensuring that services are appropriately and effectively resourced to change lives for the better.

You will be responsible for managing 5 services, supporting individuals with a range of different needs, and helping them to live their best lives possible. You will also have experience working with people supported who present behaviours that require intensive support planning and management to ensure their safety and quality of life at all times.
