About the Role:

Teaching Personnel is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic individual to fill the role of School Support Professional. This exciting opportunity allows you to gain valuable experience in a school setting while pursuing a Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting teachers in delivering engaging lessons and activities

  • Developing and maintaining effective relationships with students, parents, and colleagues

Requirements and Qualifications:

To be suitable for this position, you should possess:

  • A strong passion for working with children and young people
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Basic knowledge of child development theories and practices

Salary and Benefits:

This role comes with an annual salary of £26,500, inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. As a member of our team, you will have access to free training and professional development opportunities, as well as the chance to gain a Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification.
