Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement a comprehensive global marketing plan for Road & Gravel and Mountain Bike, aligned with the company's overall business strategy.
- Work closely with the Senior Marketing Manager to brief and collaborate with internal teams to create, launch, and optimize both online and offline marketing activities.
- Lead the development of high-quality marketing materials for monthly campaigns, new product launches, and athlete/team sponsorships.
- Liaise with Communication, Design, and Content teams to develop best-in-class category-localized communications.
- Manage project timelines and track budgets to ensure effective resource allocation and ROI optimization.
- Monitor and report on the performance of marketing activities and spend, identifying opportunities for optimization and improved efficiency.
- Maximize ROI of our sponsorship portfolio and event calendar.
- Support the ambassador/influencer program and ensure alignment with the company's overall marketing strategy.
- Degree-level educated in Marketing or a related field.
- 4+ years of agency or client-side marketing experience, with a strong affinity for the Road & Gravel and Mountain Bike categories.
- Proven ability to build strong relationships and drive positive impacts with stakeholders.
- A positive 'glass half full' outlook with a great eye for detail and strong presentation skills.
- Proven ability to work independently in a high-pressure, fast-growth environment.
- Good IT skills, including proficiency in Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Adobe programs.
- Ability to work unsocial hours/weekends as required.
