Digital Marketing Manager

Muc-Off is a leading supplier of specialist cycling cleaning and maintenance products in the UK, with a growing presence in European, Asian, and North American markets. We're a rapidly expanding, innovative British business looking for a talented Digital Marketing and CRM Manager to join our team.
Job SummaryWe're seeking an experienced digital leader to drive our digital marketing and CRM strategy, focusing on traffic management, performance marketing, and customer engagement. As a key member of our digital team, you'll work closely with our design, content, and marketing teams to craft compelling ads and experiences that drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement a global digital CRM strategy to reduce acquisition costs and maximize customer value
- Create database-building campaigns and work closely with our marketing department to drive growth
- Implement regional and category segmentation for our consumer database and develop compelling automations based on data patterns
- Manage our performance marketing agency, setting targets and scrutinizing the performance of our paid channels, including Meta, Google, TikTok, and Microsoft
- Lead and report on SEO activities globally, exploiting long-term opportunities via onsite optimization and close collaboration with our PR team for outreach activity
- Identify and implement new and emerging digital revenue streams, such as TikTok shop, social commerce, and subscriptions
- Oversee digital creative ads from top-of-funnel YouTube to Meta re-targeting creatives, setting briefs for design and content teams
- Lead the running of our community-loyalty program, helping our fans create compelling user-generated content and working it back into outreach ads
- Create compelling reporting using GA and Shopify reports that are informative and actionable
- Lead and conduct experiments to enrich our knowledge through data, including email marketing creatives, PPC ad copy, and Instagram Reel creative
- Work closely with the Digital Experience manager to craft market-leading end-to-end experiences representing the brand at all touchpoints
- University degree or equivalent
- Digital leadership experience from strategy to people
- Expert knowledge of consumer CRM and email marketing strategies, including automations or flows
- Experience with Shopify plus or similar platforms
- Experience of product and service launches and management
- Experience building and scaling a team to meet global demand
- Strong digital marketing knowledge from SEO to PPC and UGC to CRM
- A D2C pioneer with retail experience
- Proven experience leading on-site SEO initiatives, building a strategy, and reporting on success
- Expert knowledge of Google ads, merchant center, GA4
- Strong communication skills and the ability to interact at all levels of the business
- Experience in content reporting, including KPI measurement and CRO recommendations
- Experience running A/B experiments
- Expert knowledge of the marketing funnel and ad creative design for the right audience at the right stage
