Muc-Off is a leading supplier of specialist cycling cleaning and maintenance products in the UK, with a growing presence in European, Asian, and North American markets. We're expanding fast and looking for a talented Digital Marketing and CRM Manager to join our team.

Job Summary
We're seeking an experienced digital leader to drive our digital marketing and CRM strategy, focusing on traffic management, performance marketing, and customer engagement. As a key member of our digital team, you'll work closely with our design and content teams to craft compelling ads and develop a consumer-focused CRM strategy.

Key Responsibilities
Establish and implement a digital CRM strategy to reduce acquisition costs and maximize customer value
Develop database-building campaigns and work closely with our marketing department
Implement regional and category segmentation for our consumer database and roll out compelling automations based on data patterns
Manage our performance marketing agency, setting targets and scrutinizing the performance of our paid channels
Lead and report on SEO activities globally, exploiting long-term opportunities via onsite optimization and collaboration with our PR team
Identify and implement new digital revenue streams, such as TikTok shop and social commerce
Oversee digital creative ads, from top-of-funnel YouTube to Meta re-targeting creatives
Lead our community-loyalty program, helping fans create compelling user-generated content and working it back into outreach ads
Create compelling reporting using GA and Shopify reports
Lead and conduct experiments to enrich our knowledge through data

Requirements
University degree or equivalent
Digital leadership experience from strategy to people
Expert knowledge of consumer CRM and email marketing strategies, including automations and flows
Experience with Shopify plus or similar platforms
Experience in product and service launches and management
Strong digital marketing knowledge, from SEO to PPC and UGC to CRM
Proven experience leading on-site SEO initiatives and building a strategy
Expert knowledge of Google ads, merchant center, and GA4
Strong communication skills and ability to interact at all levels of the business
