F&B UK Sales Director

We are seeking an experienced F&B Sales Director to lead our sales efforts in the UK market. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing and growing our sales and distribution channels, identifying new opportunities, and developing strategic sales plans with full support from our kitchen and chefs.
With a minimum of 5 years of experience in food and beverage sales, you will have a strong understanding of the industry, including key players, trends, and distribution channels. You will also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and team members.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth. You will be proficient in HUBSPOT, Google, and CRM software, and have the ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
A competitive salary of £60,000 - £80,000 per annum is offered, plus a healthy commission structure based on sales performance. The role includes a hybrid work arrangement, with occasional travel required for trade shows, events, and client visits.
