Water Hygiene Team Leader

At Affinity Water, we're looking for an experienced Water Hygiene Technician to join our team as a Senior Water Hygiene Technician. With a strong focus on water quality and safety, this role will be responsible for leading and supervising a team to ensure compliance with LCA standards across all sites.
The successful candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in water hygiene engineering, with a strong understanding of TMV servicing, chemical descaling, disinfection works, remedials, and plumbing works. They will also have experience in managing a team, influencing, and training junior staff.
We offer a competitive salary of £27,200 - £34,769 per annum, depending on skills and experience. Additional benefits include company van and fuel card, learning and development opportunities, annual leave, and pension scheme.
In this role, you'll have the opportunity to work closely with clients to identify and address water quality issues, ensuring that our customers receive safe and reliable water services. You'll also contribute to the development and implementation of water quality strategies and initiatives.
