Community Health Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Specialist Community Public Health Nurse to join our team at Kent Community Health NHS Foundation Trust. As a Specialist Community Public Health Nurse, you will play a vital role in promoting child development, safeguarding children, preventing social exclusion and deprivation, and tackling important public health issues.
Main Responsibilities:- Identify needs, plan, and implement interventions to improve the health and well-being of children and families.
- Work with a range of local children's agencies and professionals to deliver high-quality care.
- Develop and implement local and national agendas for health under the guidance of the senior Practitioner.
- Registered health care professional (NMC registration)
- Health-related degree and evidence of relevant post-graduate development at Level 6
- Evidence of Specialist qualifications relevant to the area of practice - Specialist Community Public Health Nurse (School Nurse or Health Visitor)
