Job Title: Health and Safety Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Health and Safety Specialist to join our team at The Portfolio Group. As a Health and Safety Specialist, you will be responsible for providing expert advice and guidance to clients on health and safety matters.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct health and safety visits to client premises to identify potential hazards and provide recommendations for improvement.
  • Develop and implement health and safety policies and procedures to ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
  • Provide training and guidance to clients on health and safety best practices.
  • Investigate incidents and accidents to identify root causes and implement corrective actions.
  • Collaborate with clients to develop and implement health and safety management systems.
Requirements:
  • Strong knowledge of health and safety regulations and best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
