About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Health and Safety Consultant to join our team at The Portfolio Group. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing expert health and safety advice and guidance to our clients across various sectors.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct health and safety visits to client premises, providing expert advice and guidance on risk management and compliance.
  • Investigate incidents and accidents, identifying root causes and recommending preventative measures.
  • Develop and implement effective health and safety management systems, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
  • Provide training and support to clients on health and safety best practices and procedures.
  • Collaborate with clients to identify and mitigate health and safety risks, ensuring a safe and healthy working environment.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in health and safety consulting, with a strong understanding of relevant regulations and standards.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate health and safety risks.
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team, with a flexible and adaptable approach to work.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
