Requirements

  • Specialist clinical skills and experience within cardiothoracic surgery
  • Experience of working within a multidisciplinary team
  • Evidenced-based care philosophy
  • Clear understanding of professional accountability and autonomous practice
  • Teaching qualification and leadership training
