Job Title: Digital Workplace Specialist - Strategic Growth

Verelogic is seeking a highly skilled Digital Workplace Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our IT and Business Services Team, you will play a crucial role in supporting business-as-usual operations and driving forward with improvement initiatives.



About the Role

We are looking for a collaborative professional with excellent working relationships, high political sensitivity, and strong ethical standards. Your key soft skills include effective listening, persuasive communication, collaborative leadership, flexibility, self-motivation, creativity, and insight.



Key Responsibilities

  • Communicate and explain new M365 features, including Teams, to the business, drafting communications and producing user guidance.
  • Collaborate closely with the M365 Team, managing the team's work pipeline and new initiatives.
  • Prioritise and implement new functionalities with key stakeholders to meet business requirements.
  • Maintain a comprehensive understanding of existing and emerging M365 technologies, including MS Teams.
  • Work alongside the M365 team to test and configure new feature sets, ensuring they meet business needs and comply with quality management system (QMS) policies.
  • Update existing documentation and produce new, high-quality user guides for the wider organisation.


Requirements

  • Subject Matter Expert in Microsoft 365.
  • Extensive working knowledge of M365, including Teams, SharePoint, and Power Automate.
  • Experience or knowledge in digital transformation and process improvement initiatives.
