As a Lifeguard, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety of our members while they use our wet facilities, including the swimming pool, spa pool, sauna, and steam room. You'll also be expected to create a friendly, relaxed, and professional environment, making sure everyone feels valued and supported throughout their experience with us.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Providing ongoing training records and adhering to health and safety procedures
  • Ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction by providing excellent customer care
  • Maintaining accurate records of incidents and near-misses

Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you'll need to hold a National Pool Lifeguard Qualification (NPLQ) and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You should also be able to work well under pressure and have a positive attitude towards learning and development.
