Support Worker Role Summary:

We are seeking a Support Worker to join our team in Sandbach. As a Support Worker, you will provide one-to-one support to an individual with autism, learning disabilities, and epilepsy. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who wants to make a positive difference in the person's life.

Responsibilities include providing support with daily tasks, promoting independence, and engaging in activities such as swimming, baking, and people-watching. You will also need to support the individual with health appointments and other aspects of their life.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have excellent communication skills, a good sense of humour, and the ability to adapt to changing situations. Experience in positive behaviour support, LD, autism, and behaviours that challenge is desirable but not required, as full training will be provided.
