Care Assistant Lead

Care UK is a leading provider of healthcare services, seeking an experienced Senior Care Assistant to lead and supervise shifts in our Hillingdon, Ruislip, Greater London location.
Job DescriptionAs a passionate and caring individual, you will develop services and support residents with daily needs. Your responsibilities will include leading and supervising shifts, case managing residents, administering medication, and conducting risk assessments.
- Lead and supervise shifts to ensure high-quality care standards are met.
- Case manage residents, liaising with families and healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive support.
- Administer and record medication accurately, maintaining confidentiality and adhering to regulations.
- Conduct regular risk assessments to identify and mitigate potential hazards.
- Support residents with daily needs, promoting independence and dignity.
- Collaborate with the leadership team to develop services that meet resident needs and exceed expectations.
Salary: Estimated £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience.
