About the Role

We are seeking an experienced professional to provide tailored support to Thomas, a 46-year-old individual with autism, mild learning disability, and epilepsy.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Build positive relationships with Thomas and adapt communication to meet his needs
  • Understand and respect Thomas's complex history and individuality
  • Support Thomas in living his life as he chooses, with patience, understanding, and confidence
About You

We are looking for a dedicated, reliable, and compassionate individual with excellent communication skills and a great sense of humour.
