Care Outlook Ltd is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Quality Monitoring Officer to join their team in East Sussex. As a Quality Monitoring Officer, you will play a vital role in implementing field-based quality control systems and providing support to all Care & Support Workers within a defined area.


**Key Responsibilities:**



  • Spot checking carers in the community, identifying good practice, and reporting training concerns back to the registered manager
  • Delivering high standards of care and participating in the paid on-call rota
  • Completing care assessments and writing up Care Plans
  • Building relationships with care staff and service users
  • Assisting the registered manager in preparing for inspections by the local authority and CQC
  • Supporting the care coordinator with various duties

**Requirements:**

  • Flexibility to cover on-call to meet the needs of the business
  • Knowledge of CQC standards and CQC Compliance
  • A full Driving Licence and access to a vehicle
  • Experience as a Field Care Supervisor or 2 years working within Health & Social Care
  • NVQ Level 3 Health & Social Care (desired)
