We are seeking an experienced East Sussex Quality Monitoring Officer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting quality monitoring visits, reviewing data, and working closely with care providers to enhance the quality of care.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct regular quality monitoring visits to assess the quality of care
- Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement
- Work collaboratively with care providers to develop and implement quality improvement plans
- A highly organized and detail-oriented individual with excellent communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Valid driver's license and access to a car
- A salary of £38,000 - £43,000 per annum, depending on experience
