Job Title: Health Safety and Wellbeing Senior Advisor

Clinical Employment Services is seeking a highly skilled Health Safety and Wellbeing Senior Advisor to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a vital role in promoting a healthy work environment and ensuring the well-being of our employees.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Conduct thorough health assessments and screenings for employees to identify potential health risks and provide guidance on workplace health and safety regulations.
  2. Develop and implement effective health promotion initiatives to improve employee well-being and reduce absenteeism.
  3. Collaborate with management to create a safe and healthy work environment, free from hazards and risks.
  4. Investigate incidents through root cause analysis to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
  5. Prepare detailed reports on occupational health matters to inform business decisions and improve employee health outcomes.
Requirements:
  1. Qualified Occupational Health Nurse or Advisor with experience in conducting health assessments and screenings.
  2. Knowledge of first aid procedures and proficiency in report writing and record keeping.
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  4. Familiarity with root cause analysis techniques and a commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
