Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Placement Administrator to provide administrative support for all placement activity related to the Nursing and Allied Health Professions programmes delivered by the Faculty of Social and Life Sciences at Wrexham University.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the development of e-portfolio systems and provide necessary administrative support related to the ongoing management of placement activity for the Nursing and Allied Health Professions programme teams.
  • Develop and maintain efficient systems to ensure seamless placement coordination.
  • Collaborate with programme teams to ensure effective placement administration.
  • Provide administrative support for placement-related activities, including data entry, record-keeping, and reporting.
  • Communicate effectively with programme teams, students, and other stakeholders to ensure successful placement outcomes.
Requirements
  • Education to HND level or relevant work experience in a similar role.
  • Excellent organisational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a wider team.
  • Desirable: ability to communicate in Welsh.
