About Us: We are seeking experienced community nurses to join our team at Nurslink, working in partnership with an NHS trust in Birmingham. Our recruitment consultants will work closely with you to ensure that our flexible work opportunities match your skills and availability.
Key Responsibilities:
- To assess patients' needs and develop tailored care plans in conjunction with multidisciplinary teams.
- Deliver high-quality nursing care, including wound management, medication administration, and symptom relief.
- Coordinate patient care through effective communication with healthcare professionals and community services.
Requirements:
- Band 5 or above registered nurse qualification
- Current NMC pin and valid DBS certificate
- Recent experience (6 months) working as a community nurse
- 2 clinical references covering 3 years of work experience
- Valid driving licence and access to a vehicle
