Job Title: Area Engineering Manager

Job Responsibilities
  • Implement the Engineering Elements of the Project Execution Plan, considering full lifecycle requirements.
  • Identify and mitigate design, technical, and safety risks, collaborating across disciplines.
  • Ensure adherence to safety, environmental, and quality regulations, fulfilling Principal Designer Responsibilities under CDM Regulations.
Requirements
  • Proven success in engineering delivery and leadership.
  • Recent experience in regulated, quality-assured systems (preferably nuclear).
  • Higher Education Qualification in Engineering (HNC minimum, MEng preferred).
  • Membership in an appropriate Engineering or Scientific Institution (Incorporated Engineer minimum, Chartered Engineer preferred).
Desirable Qualifications
  • Familiarity with nuclear industry regulations (or equivalent).
  • Experience in Technological Readiness Levels and technology development plans.
  • Knowledge of Requirements Management/System Engineering.
