We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to join our Louth Crisis Home Treatment Team as a Home Treatment Team Assistant. This exciting opportunity involves working with people experiencing acute mental health episodes in Louth and surrounding areas, providing high-quality care with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting individuals in their own homes, promoting equality for all patients and understanding their health needs. A positive attitude towards change and an ability to adapt to the evolving nature of our service is essential.

The role requires flexibility across a 7-day-a-week service, including weekends and evenings. You will receive regular supervision and support from the team.

As a Home Treatment Team Assistant, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our service users and contribute to a multidisciplinary team that prioritizes patient-centered care.

Essential Qualifications
  • Cavendish Care Certificate or willingness to work towards
  • NVQ 3 in Care or equivalent
  • NVQ 3 in Promoting Independence or equivalent or working towards achievement
