Administrative Finance Specialist

A challenging and varied role has arisen for an experienced Administrative Finance Specialist to join our established business in Waterlooville, Hampshire.
This opportunity will involve supporting the Finance Manager with efficient accounts administration, ensuring accurate and timely completion of tasks.
- Process purchase and sales ledger invoices.
- Perform bank reconciliations.
- Ensure transactions are dealt with efficiently.
- Run weekly payment runs and handle any payment queries.
- Conduct credit control by phone and email.
- Assist with month-end duties.
We are looking for a candidate with:
- A strong working knowledge of transactional accounts and finance.
- Excellent attention to detail and strong communication skills.
- Good Excel skills, including pivot tables.
- Previous experience with Xero is preferred.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to the Finance Manager, ensuring accurate and timely completion of tasks.
