  • Train, mentor, and evaluate team members to enhance their skills and performance
  • Maintain accurate records of hatchery production, including egg handling, incubation data, and chick quality
  • Implement and enforce biosecurity protocols to prevent disease and ensure the health of hatchlings
  • Collaborate with management to develop and improve hatchery processes and productivity

Requirements:

  • Experience in poultry production or a related field
