Job Opportunity: Head of Procurement
**About the Role**
Morgan Law is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head of Procurement to lead our procurement service and drive value for money across the organization. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a procurement strategy that aligns with our corporate and community strategy objectives.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Lead a first-class procurement service across the organization
* Develop and implement a procurement strategy that contributes to the wider corporate and community strategy objectives
* Ensure that the procurement strategy aligns with Environmental, Social and Governance commitments and aspirations
* Develop a collaborative approach to procurement across all spending categories and departments
* Manage relationships with suppliers to ensure a cohesive and strategic focus
**Requirements**
* Previous experience in leading teams and extensive knowledge of public sector procurement, contract law, and UK procurement regulations
* Ability to develop strategy and manage large complex end-to-end procurements
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
