Procurement Director

About the Role:
Morgan Law is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head of Procurement to lead our procurement function and drive value for money across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a procurement strategy that aligns with the organization's strategic business plan objectives and targets.
- Lead a team of procurement professionals to ensure the delivery of high-quality procurement services across all spending categories and departments.
- Manage relationships with suppliers and stakeholders to ensure a collaborative approach to procurement and achieve best value.
- Ensure compliance with public sector procurement regulations and contract law.
- Develop and manage complex end-to-end procurements, including tendering and contract management.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in leading teams and managing complex procurement projects.
- Extensive knowledge of public sector procurement, contract law, and UK procurement regulations.
- Ability to develop and implement procurement strategies that drive value for money.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
