About the Opportunity:

VICTORIA WALL ASSOCIATES LIMITED is seeking an experienced Team Assistant to support our executive team in a prestigious London landmark.

Job Overview:

We are looking for a highly organized and proactive individual to provide administrative assistance with a range of tasks, including:

  1. Diary management for senior executives and other team members
  2. Travel arrangements, including international flights, visas, hotels, and ground transfers
  3. Expense processing and reconciliation
  4. Reception duties during periods of absence
  5. Liaising with the ground floor reception team on courier deliveries
  6. Organizing weekly team breakfasts and events
  7. Providing ad-hoc administrative support to the wider team
Requirements:

Previous experience in a corporate environment, preferably in financial or professional services.
Essential skills include diary management expertise and a strong administrative background.
A 'can-do' attitude, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment are essential.

Benefits:

The salary for this role is up to £60,000 per annum, depending on experience.
The position is permanent, with working hours from 8am - 6pm, including some flexibility during quieter periods. Benefits include 23 days of annual leave, healthcare, gym subsidy, and a competitive discretionary bonus. Hybrid working of 1 day from home is also available.
