We're seeking a skilled Scheduler to join our Inspection, Maintenance and Testing team in Manchester.
Location: Manchester
Contract: Permanent, Full-time
Key Responsibilities:- Coordinate and dispatch works for regional field staff, ensuring timely completion and first-time fixes.
- Respond to client issues, liaise with management, and update WFM tickets within expected timeframes.
- Arrange access and liaise with Service Providers, prioritizing engineer safety and adhering to site restrictions.
- Collaborate with regional dispatchers, sub-contractors, admin, and management to optimize IMT contract operations.
- Update site databases in a timely manner, reporting inaccuracies for further investigation.
- Previous experience in a similar role, assigning work to engineers.
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office and computer literacy.
- Attention to detail and ability to prioritize workload in a fast-paced environment.
